Join us for this FREE camp June 15-18, from 9am-Noon, for kids who have COMPLETED Kindergarten - COMPLETED 5th Grade.

Be sure to complete the attendee information form for your preferred activities as a part of your registration.

By submitting this form, I hereby give permission for my child listed above to take part in "Greater Things Week: M.A.D. Camp" at First Baptist Church of Denham Springs, LA. I further give my permission for the designated/approved church representative or sponsor to secure any needed medical treatment of the above named son/daughter. I release the church representatives or sponsors from liability for accident or injuries. I give permission to First Denham to take and use photos of my child for church celebration purposes and marketing. By submitting this form, I am agreeing to these statements.
